General reporting instructions for both our
Fundamental & Enhanced courses
GENERAL INFO: Our courses are conducted from Tuesday through Friday and generally run from 8:00am to 4:00pm each day (except Friday, which normally concludes at around 1-2pm). The normal "travel" days are on Monday (for arrival) and Saturday (for departure). Upon registering for a specific course, you will receive an "informational" e-mail about that course approximately 8-10 weeks prior to the class dates. That e-mail will have the pertinent information required to compete all reservations & registrations. The specific agenda for each course is subject to change, therefore the course agendas are provided in the "informational" e-mail.
DRESS: Civilian Casual (to include jeans/shorts, etc.) is fine. No military uniforms should be worn. Additionally, for the Enhanced courses only; a "Field Exercise" may require the wear of "Smart Casual" for a dinner event (Business Casual or slacks with open collar shirt—or skirt/dress for the ladies). NOTE: Training/Meeting rooms tend to get chilly, so please bring a sweater or light jacket with you.
LODGING INFO: As a courtesy, we normally secure sleeping rooms for our clients at a group rate no higher than the government/military per-diem rate for lodging. The meeting room and sleeping rooms are both located at the training site and it is strongly recommended that all attendees stay at this location. At your earliest opportunity, we ask that you contact the specific training site to make your reservations. In order to guarantee the lower government/military rate, reservations MUST be done AT LEAST 30 days prior to the course dates. Although we have tentatively held this block of sleeping rooms for our clients, it is each individuals/organizations responsibility to pay for these sleeping rooms. When making your reservations, you must notify the hotel you are with our specific group (the Do It Right Protocol Training group). When making your reservations, you will be required to pass on your credit card information; however the card will not be processed until your arrival at the hotel.
PAYMENT INFO: At the earliest opportunity and in order to fully secure your seat in any training course, the registration fee may be paid via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)(via Central Contracting Registry-CCR), or by Visa/MasterCard (GPC/GTC/IMPAC), or by check. For your convenience, payment can also be made by entering your information (including credit card information) on our secure link located on our web site ("Register" page). Payment of the registration fee should be made no-later-than 30 days prior to the course start date. If you are registering very early (i.e.: 4-6 months prior to a course) and wish to pay at a later date, DO NOT register on-line. Contact us directly via e-mail or phone.
