Please select the number of persons you wish to enroll, paying close attention to which course you are registering for (Fundamental Course, Annual Workshop or Enhanced Course). If you wish to enroll more than 5 persons for the Fundamental Protocol Training Course or the Annual Worldwide Protocol Workshop, OR more than 2 persons for the Enhanced Protocol Training Course, please contact us at the number listed at the very bottom of this page.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you wish to register but PAY AT A LATER DATE, please do NOT register via our secure "Register" page. When you register via our secure page, the registration fee will be processed immediately. Again, please contact us directly to register and pay at a later date.

Refund Policy: You can receive a full refund up to 15 days prior to the beginning of class, minus a bank processing fee ($40.00 for the Fundamental Course --- $50.00 for Enhanced Course).
